Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose, defrauding the platform or other users, deploying automated software or bots to access the platform, or taking any action that could compromise the integrity or security of the 530i system. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in legal action in addition to account termination.

  • Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to completion of identity verification.
  • 530i reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until identity verification and source of funds confirmation have been fully completed, where required.
  • Any attempt to process fraudulent transactions or use unauthorised payment methods will result in account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.
  • Bonuses and promotions are subject to separately stated wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been met.

4. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy

Platform Limitation of Liability

530i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or anticipated profits. 530i's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
